Your order is not accepted until Louiz Jewelry confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
