Return and Refund Policy – Louiz Jewelry

At Louiz Jewelry, the quality of our stainless steel jewelry is our top priority.

Returns and Refunds

In accordance with applicable laws in Québec, no returns or refunds are accepted for the following reasons:

• change of mind,

• wrong size,

• or any other personal reason.

However, a return or refund will be possible if:

• the product received has a manufacturing defect,

• the product is damaged upon delivery,

• or an order error occurred on our part.

Conditions

• Any claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The customer must provide:

  • clear photos of the item concerned,

  • and proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

After review and confirmation, Louiz Jewelry will proceed with either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
